Mobile app uses Heroku for Webservices

Sorry the answer might be obvious. Does building a mobile app that consumes custom developed webservices hosted on Heroku, is enough to qualify. The rules do not exclusively imply having to use Heroku specific API calls

    That would qualify as a Heroku app.
