Can I have a team member that isn't registered? She's on the waitlist.

A team member just signed up and is waitlisted. Should she come tonight to check in or not bother unless she hears that she has been registered?

    We will let all on the waitlist know if they are able to attend or not prior to the start of onsite check-in.

    I have a team member who will not be able to join, can I swap his tickets with one other team member who is on waitlist.

    I got email saying "but unfortunately we are not able to accommodate you at this hackathon.". But all my team mates got registered. Is there a chance I can join with team?
