submitt project work with team remote

I am in n.y.c., travel issues, registered can I submitted project online since I can not get travel now? So I read the rules about check in, so if anyone would like my ticket....who will take care of the details.

  Sorry, to be eligible you must check-in onsite at the hackathon by 10pm Friday.
