How and when should I create a team on ChallengePost?

I have a team, but I am not sure by when and how should I add my team in ChallengePost. I see a button called "Enter a submission" and "Look for teammates".
I understand the submission should be before 12pm on Oct 12th.

Is there any necessity to update my team info today and also decide the category we wanted to work on by Oct 10th 10pm? If so, how?

    Same question!

    "Each team member must register both as an individual and as part of a team at http://salesforcehackathon.challengepost.com by 12:00 PM on October 11, 2014. You may not be part of more than one team."

    Our team has registered as individuals, but there doesn't seem to be an option to register as a team, other than to make a submission of our project.

    Hey, yes you need to start a submission and the team registration will be part of the process. Have one person who is a submission manager start a submission, fill out all required fields (no worries you can edit title, tag line, description and screenshot later) and at the bottom the submission manager will be asked to add team members. Use their ChallengePost associated emails to add them to your project.

    And very important - click SUBMIT FOR REVIEW do not save as a draft.

    Hey Vera.. can we update video url and prize category as well later ? Or once I submit today it will be final ?

    For those who are working as individuals and who've already registered on ChallengePost as individuals, is there anything else that we need to do?

    Yes, you can update your video URL.

    Gaurav, if you have started a submission and submitted for review - you are good! (please make sure you click submit for review).

    Thanks Vera.. what about submission category ? can we change it tonight ?
    We are still researching how we use force.com for our idea so just wanted to confirm if we can change category some time today eve
